Hi there. we are having a very big event that will be in hybrid mode. Last year when we did it some of the online participants felt isolated and would like to avoid this year. So how can we use zoom and any Tech advice to engage all people and make them feel that they are included and in the meeting presence while are online?
Pls advise

Why did you remote participant feel isolated last year ?
There are different answers to this depending on your initial issues. One thing we have implemented and was probably not available last year is "Smart Gallery". I would highly recommend enabling it on all your Zoom Room devices, or at the account level if you want it by default. What is does is that it will convert the view from a meeting room into several panels, so that remote participants don't only see a global view of the room but also see individual people from the room, making it a lot more inclusive.
Have a look at the Zoom Blog article for more info about that new feature : https://blog.zoom.us/all-you-need-to-know-about-smart-gallery/
If you plan to organise big events, I would also recommend having a look at our Zoom Events platform, that will allow you to create big multi-days events, including multiple meetings and webinars, ticket management, ... Do you have someone assigned as an online host/moderator in addition to the in person host?
