Is there a method to retrieve a Panelists email invite WITHOUT having it send the email? Most notably I would like to retrieve the unique passcodes and join links of each. This is for single session live webinar in Zoom events. I am used to the regular Zoom Webinar setup where when you add a panelist, you could retrieve their unique join links and passcodes by "Copying Invite" in the panelist area, or by exporting the panelist list (which i see is no longer an option either). For the way In utilize Zoom Events/Webinar, emails cannot be sent out to the panelists, and I had this setting turned off in Zoom Webinar.

Yes, there is a way to do this. Right below the list of panelists, click "Export list". This will give you a csv file with all panelists and their links.

Yes there is a way to do this in ZOOM WEBINAR. I am talking about a "webinar" event i created in the Zoom Events portal. At the very bottom of the "special roles" section, there is no option to export. The only options are "Save", "Add special role", and "upload file"

@hrodriguez413 Sure thing. under Special Roles in your Zoom Webinars & Events portal you can export a csv that contains all of your special roles join links - pretty common use case is to hand hold all of your speakers in that way.
One other note with Zoom Webinars & Events - you can fully customize both the Speaker Invitation Email, along with the Special Role Reminder emails, so if you'd like to you can use those emails to send specific and thorough instructions to your speakers, along with join links... Hope this helps!
