What is the simplest way to find the closest area code to help a webinar or meeting attendee join via phone?
People basically have to go look up which area codes belong to which states, then figure which is closest to them.
Is there a simple map somewhere?

Hi @PastorMoe ! Thank you for your contribution to the Zoom Community! Your participants should be able to dial in using any number designated from within the country, they do not have to use the area code closest to them. Here is more information on ensuring accessible dial-in codes: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360028776612-Ensuring-accessible-dial-in-numbers#h_2db3a9a...
I also found this website which lists all area codes by state or number: https://www.allareacodes.com/
Note: By default, Zoom meeting invitations designate which dial-in numbers are toll-free by adding "Toll Free" in parentheses after the number. Your phone service provider will calculate and issue all charges if you decide to use a toll number. Using a dial-in number for your country will be treated as a regular phone call. If you choose to use a dial-in number outside of your country it will be treated as a long-distance call.
I hope this helps!
