On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Different pricing based on date

Hello,

Is it possible to have one price for a webinar from X date to X date and a different price after X date?

For example:

$40/person from now until December 31st

$50/person after December 31st

Or, do we need to manually change the price of the webinar within Zoom on the different dates?

Thank you!

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @sh-exhale.

For webinars, there’s one price. You can go change the price at any time, and it won’t affect the previous sales.

If this is a common need of yours, consider using the Zoom Sessions product (see Zoom Events – they’re similar).  With Zoom Events and Sessions, there’s a lot more flexibility in ticketing.

You might also consider using Eventbrite for registration. It will feed registration data to Zoom Webinars, and has very flexible ticketing options.
