On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Cannot publish my event

On the first page of creating my event, we enter a "short description." 

 

When I go to publish - it will not because it says I have to fill in the basic information for the event. 

 

I go back and add it again and save. Again, and again, and again. It just will not stick. 

I've easily done it a dozen times - I am very frustrated. 

 

Using Chrome browser.  I also, attempted it on Safari. 

 

This is the only thing that will not stay.

Found a work-around for you. 

Click on the timeline at the top and go back to the short description. 

Fill it out.

Hit SAVE

Then click to the END of the timeline TICKETS I think and hit publish. 

 

It's something with all the saving as you go that is creating the issue. Jump past all those and it should work. Lmk

I am having the same issue.   I enter the description text on the first page.  I save it.  On the next page I can PREVIEW the event and see the description text.   If i continue through the other pages, once I save and Publish, the description text disappears and it won't let me publish because it wipes out that required text field.

 

Infuriating.

I'm having the same issue. Can someone from Zoom answer this please ASAP? Is it a glitch just for today or something larger.

Anyone find a work around?
