Can you allow a webinar host and attendees to chat without the panelist seeing the chat?

Hi Klance,

The only way for a chat exchange to happen between the Attendee and the Host is if the Host had no Panelists.  The Host and Panelists do see all the chat exchanges in the webinar; even if the Host direct messaged to the Attendee.  As long as there is a Panelist in the webinar the chat will be seen.   The Host could demote all Panelist(s) and then the chats would not be seen in a direct message.

If this solved your issue, please consider marking as solution accepted to help others.

Thank you,

Nancy
