On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Can Zoom Events send calendar events for different dates?

Hello, we created a two-day conference with different sessions in Zoom Events, and when people register they get a calendar invite ONLY for the first day. Does anyone know why they don't get two calendar invites or how to correct this?

Thanks,

Cindy

Hey, @CindyV  –

I can’t say for sure without  seeing the invite, but the .ICS file I received for an upcoming event has all three days in it.   It’s ONE .ics file, but for 3 days.

Please recheck the calendar entries after accepting the calendar file, and see if there is only one day, or two days in the calendar.

@CindyV ... new info. That 3-day calendar event I saw was on my iPad.  The very same calendar event processed on my desktop in Windows did indeed only reserve the first day -- not all three.

I'd recommend sending a Support ticket to the Zoom staff: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

I'll do the same!! The more the merrier... or something like that.
