CSV File Not uploading

Help, the CSV file will not upload. We have just added Zoom Events to the account. This is the first webinar. I have formatted the CSV file with email, First_Name, Last_Name. Exported as CVS. The file throughs an error on every line for every column. What is wrong?

There are different format requirements depending on where you are uploading to. Please be specific about the location, and I’ll see if I can help.

@Ray_Harwood  I was uploading via the Invitation Email>Invitation>To Recipient > Email List. 

Where else can you bulk upload CSV files?

@JJepson, where is the Invitation Email menu item?  I’m assuming you’re referring to something within the Zoom Events event editor.  This was the closest place I could find, but there’s no CSV upload here:

There’s a few places where CSV uploads are done. I don’t have a list of them.

Click on the Inviation link. 

Email is option you have the option > To Recipient: Click Email List

Add users to invite list Radio Button Options include Emaill Addresses or Import email addresses from CSV file. 

 

Where else can I upload the CSV file? 

 

I don't have permission to upload an image.

Sorry... your original post mentioned Zoom Events, and it sounds like you're working in a regular Webinar.

 

Here's a screen shot from a test webinar I created, with Invitations at the top, Manage Attendees at bottom left, Import from CSV on the right.:

Once Import from CSV is clicked, you see:

If you click the blue Import button, you see a File Open dialogue box where you pick the CSV file to be imported.

 

My screen shots and menu selections don't quite match what you're reporting above, so I just want to make sure this is the place where you are having issues.
