When attending zoom events, link/invite is in Facebook, I can't hear the presenter or others in the zoom event, or sometimes the speaker's voice is warbled. I test my audio (video and microphone) prior to each session and everything is working as expected. What is wrong?

Hi @rhamilton9596 interesting! Did you know if anyone else within the Event (whether it be a webinar or meeting) experience the same issue? If so, maybe the hosts' audio issues. Suggest looking into the list of Audio Settings KBs that may help you troubleshoot!
