Dear Zoom Experts,
I'm setting up Zoom Webinar for a mix on internal/external people.
Actually, me and my colleagues done some Zoom webinars that I set up, unfortunately only me could download the reporting data. So I'd like to know if there is the way to set up that "Alternative host " can access the cloud data and download them. If you know how to do this, please let me know. Thanks!

Hi @masa3 because Alternative Host need to be Licensed and on the same account; according to our KB on Webinar reports can be accessed by a Webinar host, admin, or have a role that has access to usage reports
As an Admin/owner on the account, you can look into Using role management
