Adding Alternative Host to the webinar

I have tried to add an alternative host to the upcoming webinar, but I couldn't able to add it shows error like "Unable to assign this user as an alternative host at this time"

Alternate Hosts must be Licensed (paid account) and on the same account as you (share the same account owner).
