Account-Wide Templates

I have created several templates that I want to share with my entire company (account). There doesn't seem to be a way to do this right now, since I am not able to add templates to a Shared Folder. How can I set a template to be available account-wide?

@bnb_rosov If you are inquiring about the permission set-up to enable the templates to be accessed by your entire organization, you can follow these steps:

1. Open the template you’d like to share and click the Share button located in the top-right corner.
2. In the Link Access settings, select Anyone in the Organization to ensure that your colleagues can access and collaborate on it.
3. Copy the doc link and paste it into your organization's communication channels such as Zoom Team Chat, emails, Slack groups, etc to let everybody know!

@sofix001 Thanks, I did try that. It's a bit counter-intuitive, though, since those templates don't appear anywhere in Zoom Docs itself for our users to access.

Ideally, there would be a way to get the shared templates into the "Template Picker", so that there could be a section of the template picker that includes account-wide or shared templates.
