Local Recording

"I am no longer able to do local recording since updating to the latest version (5.14.2). It was previously possible.

  • The "Local Recording" option is turned on in the web portal.
  • When scheduling a meeting, I have checked "Record the meeting locally" in the detailed options, but when starting the meeting, the "Recording Settings" screen opens.
  • Even when attempting to manually record by pressing the "Recording button," the "Settings" screen opens."
