Hello! I can not figure out how to enable AI Companion Summaries to be automatically sent to the host, myself. I have this checked and enabled in the settings but it is telling me that I have disabled certain AI Companion Summary options, but won't tell me what.
I can also not Share AI Summaries because it says I need to enable email notifications, which are all enabled.
Please help!

Hi @Pixamed-Bijan,
Thank you for reaching out.
To enable AI Companion Summaries to be automatically sent to you as the host, you must ensure that both the AI Companion summary feature and email notifications are enabled at the account and user level. If you see a message saying certain options are disabled, it likely means some required settings are not fully enabled, possibly at the admin or group level.
Check with your admin: By default, all AI Companion features are disabled and must be enabled by your Zoom admin in the account or group settings. Even if you see options enabled in your own settings, they may be restricted at a higher level.
Email notifications: To share AI Summaries, email notifications must be enabled. If you cannot share summaries, double-check that email notifications for meeting summaries are enabled both for your user and at the admin level.
Automatic sending: Once all required settings are enabled, you can adjust your preferences to have AI Companion automatically generate and send summaries after each meeting you host.
Client version: Make sure your Zoom client is updated to at least version 5.16.0.
If you have enabled everything in your settings but still see warnings, contact your Zoom admin to verify that no required AI Companion or email notification options are disabled at the account or group level.
Hope this helps!
