Congratulations to the Zoom Community team on the CMX nomination — it’s well deserved.

That said, I’m curious to hear perspectives from other members: what do you think has contributed most to this recognition — the strength of peer-to-peer support, moderator involvement, or Zoom’s official documentation backing community answers?

Also, do you feel the community works better for advanced admins and power users, or is it equally effective for new users seeking quick resolutions? I’d be interested in hearing where people think there’s still room for improvement.
