Caller ID manipulation for internal call from desk phone


Hi Team, 

We have installed few Common area desk phones and they are the member of Call queue, now i am trying to set caller ID for them but in Zoom changing caller ID is only available for Zoom client, not for Desk phone, 


Do anyone know how we can manipulate the caller ID or we can to the routing of calls and number manipulation after dialing ??.

If you are an admin of the account you would be able to change the outbound caller ID per users/Common Area phones. You will go to Admin > Phone System Manager > Users&Room > pick the user you would like to change the outbound caller ID. >Profile > scroll down to Outbound caller ID
