How do we record in ONZOOM?


All the help and community posts reference settings that are non-existent in OnZoom event creation (under Advanced Settings). I can only presume that they are referencing regular zoom or that the engineers disabled recording (intentionally or unintentionally).


What's the current situation for recording OnZoom events?
Can it be done? If so, how?

You can enable Local or Cloud Recording in the 'Event Options' tab while configuring your event. Check out this support article on Managing OnZoom Recordings for more details.

I don't have those options in OnZoom (no Cloud Recording):
