video freezes


When I start Zoom on my new laptop,  video of me works for a second or two and then freezes and will not unfreeze.  I can see other meeting participants moving, but I cannot see myself move and other participants are not seeing me move.   Occasionally Zoom will basically capture a new screenshot of me, but displays no motion.  Nothing I've tried corrects the problem.  I have: 

* uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom client

* installed Dell's latest video drivers

* upgraded to Windows 11

* restarted Windows several times

* stopped and then started the video in the Zoom controls


My bandwidth is good and this problem does not occur on other devices on my network.
