Hello.

There could be several reasons but most seem to be permissions related; I suggest to do a quick search in Google for:  "microsoft store install error 0x80070005"  and you will find multiple answer and one of them will apply directly to your case in particular. I typically do this with Microsoft errors and get the solution.

Make sure you use the one that matches closest to your case: Windows 10 or Windows 11

Good luck.

I did many searches and tried many solutions including reinstalling windows and nothing worked. Im still getting the same error code while trying to install zoom.

Is this a personal computer? Or a Corporate/Centrally Manage computer? If the later, maybe there is a policy preventing from using the Microsoft Store. I am inclined to think it is a central issue related to whatever system is managing the computer because the issue prevails even after a Fresh installation of Windows. Or...maybe the version you are trying to install from the MS Store is incompatible.

Why the version in the MS Store and not the Full Client version?  Also...if you use Chrome and you want a lighter version (it doesn't have 100% of the capabilities) you could try the PWA flavor of the Zoom Client.

In any case, it doesn't look it is s Zoom-related issue and more a question for a Microsoft Community.

Good luck with this; I am not sure I can help with this one.

Yes it is a personal computer. The Microsoft store wont let me install it, i can install it on the zoom website but it will not let me join any meetings.
