When I do a zoom powerpoint presentation, my slides are not advancing. Anyone have an idea of what I should do to remedy this? Could it be an settings issue?

It would be helpful to provide a little more info, such as...

 

  • How are you sharing the slides?
  • How are you attempting to advance your slides? Using a mouse, keyboard, Zoom's slide control?
  • Did this used to work or is this a first attempt?
