audio issues

Hi there,

I have an issue with audio. When I play a song or anything on my laptop, the meeting attendees either cannot hear it or they can only hear a distorted sound. I run large conferences everyday on zoom and it's never happened before. I have tested the same device and same music file on Teams and Google Meet, they are perfectly fine. it's the issue with zoom only. Really appreciate if anyone has any idea...Thanks in advance.

Read this Zoom Support article on Original Sound – it  often solves this problem. It’s not complicated, but there are a few steps to getting it set up initially; after that, you should see the Original Sound button in the upper left of your Zoom screen.
