Zoomlinks partialy not working

Hello

have a very big issue. It is relevant, because I loos return.

I am holding several webinars.  My CRM System is sending automated emails to everybody, who subscribes to a form on my website.
In the automated emails is the link to my zoom meeting. I have set it to "frequent meeting"

When the scheduled time is, i start the zoom app and open the frequent meeting.
People are joining and everything seems to work fine.
But afterwards I am receiving complaints from people, who where not able to join.
They got the erroer "Invalid meeting ID"

What is happening? why can some join, and other cant?
