Zoom audio Error

Hello! 
i keep getting these  audio errors and i tried every single way to get Away of it.

i reinstalled the app, looked up For Any updates At my audio and i did everything i Could. My laptop is a new one and there is no problem with the microphone and speaker from it. They are working on other apps.

how can i slove it ?

Hey @Andra173, sorry you're having audio issues with your Zoom client! First I would suggest you look into our KB on Troubleshooting speaker or microphone issues in the desktop client, if none of the suggested help let me know therefore I can help troubleshoot further!
