Video image error with participant in speaker mode

Recently, when I switch to speaker mode as the host in my meeting, these gridded little stripes always appear on the speaker's video image as shown in the attached image below. I have already reinstalled Zoom (Win7 64bit) but it doesn't change the problem. Can anyone help me? What could be going wrong? My own video image is fine, just the speaker's is not. This only happens with Zoom, not with Skype or Telegram. Thanks a lot!!!

Hi Eliot, thanks for your answer. The system requirements should all be met, I am using an HP Elitebook (3Ghz, 8 GB RAM) and had no such problems until about 2 weeks ago. The image processing is also working fine. And yes, I have the latest Windows 7 client 5.13.5 installed. Could it possibly be an update issue as well? Maybe I should try an older version.
