I have two issues with how my zoom shows my image from my laptop camera:

1. It is slow loading, and exhibits a warning "virtual background is still loading". Without the virtual background, it is still slow loading. This was not a problem with my previous laptop.

2. It seems to decide for itself how wide or close the shot is. Sometimes very wide, sometimes too close.

 

Any way to resolve this issues?

If there is a video camera problem in the zoom meeting you need to check the camera first if its ok then go to the zoom setting just as this page guided in the article.
