Survey Report not generating results


I had a meeting with a Zoom survey set to launch once the meeting was over.  Each time I try to generate the Survey Report, the system only generates a Registration Report. I don't know if the survey failed to launch or if the reporting system isn't working. How can I check this?

Could you please check if the Report Type is still set to 'Survey' right before you click Generate? Some browsers can revert the selection back to Registration causing that report to be generated instead.

Yes, Survey is selected when I click Generate. After clicking Generate, I get a Registration Type pop-up box with 3 radio buttons, which doesn't seem necessary for a Survey Report. I have tried running the report a 1/2 dozen times.
