Hello,

How do I go about creating a meeting with different time zones?

Thanks!

Do you know if your audience knows how time zones work? If they don't, but you know where they are located, you can use the Time Zone converter site https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html
You can create a list of places where your audience is along with yours. Here a made a list of cities (Lima, Tucson and Oaxaca)  https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20220503T150000&p1=131&p2=1987&p3=393

If you know that your audience know to handle time differences you can just send the invitation stating the time and date what what time zone it is.

Hope this helps
