Logging into Meeting

I've had zoom for years through my company and i'm trying to use it on my personal laptop.  I signed up.  Created a profile. Scheduled a meeting.  And then when i click on the meeting link i just get the endless spinning circle of lines.  I thought perhaps my laptop wasn't compatible, but I just updated it to Big Sur.  Thoughts anyone?

Have you tried signing out of zoom on all your devices and signing back in?
