How to automate a custom message in the chat box when a meeting starts

Hello,

 

We are a teaching institution and would like to provide an automated message with instructions for the audience when a meeting starts.  We want this to be automated so the meeting host doesn't have to do anything. Basically meeting starts chat automatically displays instructions and links perhaps.   This is very helpful in preparing for example a patient in a e-health visit.

 

Are there any solutions that provide this from zoom?

Hello Savirc!

 

Zoom does support a Custom Disclaimer to be displayed before the start of every meeting. Check out the previous link on how to adjust this setting at the Account or Group level.

 

You can also do this by leveraging Waiting Rooms
