Apparently we have exceeded our cloud recording limit. So, the recording is not located among the recorded meetings and also the record of the meeting is not in the list of previous meetings. Is there a way to locate that recording or did it not ever get recorded?
Someone else said that, and while I think it’s probably true, I’m not sure 100% that nothing will ever be deleted.
The volunteers in the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability look at details of what might have happened to your recordings. i recommend you submit a Support Ticket to Zoom staff at: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new
