Dropbox Spaces is a Zoom App (in-meeting app) that has file-sharing and note taking capabilities:

@Heather1, you can also try Meetgeek, it's great for video recording, transcription, and automatic note taking.

You can start for free, and if you need more than 5 hours/month, the subscription plans are really affordable. 🙂
