Zoom Phoneの自動受付で「0」や「1」などの番号を選択して押す前に、内線番号が分かっていればそれを送信することで接続可能になるかと思います。
その際、ユーザー側のライセンス有無によって内線番号に接続できる/できないがあるのですが、これは仕様でしょうか?
実際に確認した結果、ベーシックライセンスのZoom Phoneユーザーへの内線は「おつなぎできません」となり切断されました。
