Attendees getting event not started message

We have been using zoom webinars for a number of years and always worked well.

Yesterday we started a webinar and all attendees kept getting a "This webinar has not yet started message", to the point where we had to create another link and email all registrants (losing some participants in the process).

No idea why this happened, considering we used the same settings as always. I was wondering if someone has experienced this - I want to make sure this does not happen again?
