I am receiving the below error although the account is exist

You tried to reset your password but there is no account associated with this email address. If you want to sign up an Zoom Account, please click the button below to sign up.

Hi Rubina1, this might mean that you have a Zoom account that uses another login type such as Google or SSO login. You can only update passwords on Zoom if you created a Zoom account +  password on Zoom. Otherwise you will need to update your password via SSO or Google. If you click sign up for an account it will link the existing email + password login to your existing Google or SSO login types together.
