How can we manage multiple  video/audio sessions for Doctors/patients

Hi all,

We integrated Zoom Web Client SDK with our Patient Portal and EMR, to create a platform that will enable patients to make video/audio/text chat with Doctors,  Zoom API  is used to schedule meetings on Zoom APP we created on Zoom marketplace, currently we are faced with a limitation, we can not host more that 2 meeting at a time.

 

a) Zoom pro can host  1 meeting at a time

b) zoom business can host 2 meeting at time 

How can we manage multiple  video/audio sessions for Doctors/patients, as the patient portal is public face app, or  is the a zoom plan that is best fit for this scenario. ?

Hello Shinapc!

 

Zoom does support a Paid/Licensed user to host up to 2 meetings at the same time ie concurrently. Be sure to enable join multiple meetings simultaneously at the Account, Group or User level.

 

If you're needing to host/co-host more than 2 concurrent meetings you can purchase an Add-on Concurrent license which supports a user to Host up to 4 or 20 concurrent meetings. You can reach out to your Zoom Account Executive to ask for a quote or Contact Sales
