I work at a Community College in California. Several of our students rely on captioning. The pop-up preview of chats block the captioning. The only fix I have found is to move the captioning to a side panel with the "view full transcript". This makes watching the video less accessible. Does anyone know a way to turn off the chat preview?

Users should be able to drag the closed captioning anywhere on the screen that they like...
"The provided subtitles can be clicked and dragged to move their position in the meeting window. "
