problème d'abonnement

Bonjour,

 j'ai annulé un forfait que j'aimerais réactiver :  Zoom Workplace Pro annulé le sept. 05, 2025 , car il etait valable jusqu'en 01/26 . comment faire ? 

et annuler l'avoir qui subsiste sur mon compte .  merci

Please note that once a subscription has been cancelled and a credit has been generated, it is unfortunately not possible to reactivate that same subscription. You can however purchase a new subscription via our web interface, as you have already done.
