Hello

i am french. Yesterday, we suscribed to Zoom but an error occured and my husband clicked for yearly plan. Ok, i cancelled and reactivated for monthly plan. I have been refunded as credit. I want to be refunded on my bank account, no as credit. Thank you/.

The credit on your account will automatically apply to each monthly invoice before your credit card is charged. If you would rather have the credit balance refunded, I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account.
