I got auto renewal which is no longer needed 

can I cancel my plan and get refund 

the amount was collected on 24th December 2022?

Hey @umaruibrahim26 suggest looking into the KB on Canceling your subscription. If you're having trouble with canceling and getting your refund please reach out to Zoom billing support.

 

Zoom billing team does not monitor the community.
