Moving Users(consolidation)

Is it possible to move users to another zoom account? We would like to move 4 users from account b to account a and then discontinue account b. We have 3 Zoom One Business users and 1 Zoom Webinars user. The Zoom Webinars has scheduled meetings for the next three months.
