I have big problem, but I can't contact to zoom for solving this problem
I paid for zoom one pro for 1 year, in July, In have invoice
and I paid for zoom pusiness for 1months, in Noveber.

Two problems happened
1. I paid for zoom business for 1 month, but price for 1 year was paid. so i want to be refunded
2. after canceling business plan, what i paid for zoom one pro was also canceled.

So
Please refund 11months business plan money i paid, and recover my zoom one pro plan
