Credit transfer and usage after account ownership transfer


Hi. I had several paid zoom accounts for my organization, i was asked by one of my team mates to consolidate all those accounts under one main admin. now i did that, but i since those accounts were fully paid for, i was told by zoom support that my credit would be transferred to my main account. Now its been several days and i want to use that credit to purchase new licenses but I've not received any notification about where the credit went and how i can use it.

I need help with this urgently, please.
