Hello everyone,I am AV technician and manage 100 plus zoom rooms. one user complained that on controller this message popped up when connecting meeting  "Preferred speaker and preferred microphone and preferred camera error messages are popping up when trying to connect." it got resolved by itself after few seconds. when I checked logs on zoom meeting, it says "Room name got disconnected from meeting. Reason : Network connection error. "this had happened in the past too with other rooms and user complaint about it. I am trying to dig deeper into this and try to solve root cause of it.I asked networked team to help but they need more informartion and proper logs for that. they dont see any wrong with their side unless I give them proper reason or logs for that.room is using polycom controller and polycom bar and mics.any help would be appreciated 

I recently ported a number from ATT to Zoom. After using Zoom we found we do not like it. I need to port my number back to my carrier because it is our business number and I have to keep it the same. Absolutely no one will talk to me on the phone because I don't pay for a live agent with my plan???????? Which is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I had several more things to troubleshoot with them after submitting a ticket and I have yet to get a call from anyone. So if anyone can tell me if it is possible to port my same number back to ATT and how to start this process. TIA

Hi,I use AI meeting summary for a lot of our company meetings, I don't want the summary to be automatically shared with all participants because I want to make sure that it uses all of the right spelling of words. However when I try to share it after the meeting zoom says that I have to enable permissions in notifications but the only setting I can find is to automatically send out the summary to all participants. Is there a solution/setting that I have missed?

When hosting large meetings this really compromises the chat experience. Can I turn these messages/notifications off?

Hi, I have a client who wants to have a zoom meeting where all participants can share their screens AND have them all display in a grid gallery format of the shared screens. Is this possible? I was looking though the app store and could not find anything that might do the trick. Any chance that it's possible with Webinars? Thank you.

I'm looking for a way to automate sending Zoom recordings from Zoom to Dropbox. The recordings in question are password protected but no password is required for anyone within our domain. Both the Zoom account and Dropbox account share the same domain credentials.We used to have a Zapier zap set up but it no longer works and they cannot assist. What alternatives to Zapier are there for this function? I tried to follow the steps in this discussion but they did not work for me.

I want to see all the meetings within a Zoom workplace (4 users, 3 of which are licensed) and who those owners are. Where would I go to find that information?

Hello, Is there an option, currently, to no have an email sent from the AI Summary (and only have that Summary hosted in the Host's Zoom account)? If not, can you please take this as a Feature Request to have the option to not have that Summary emailed? I do not want the summary to be emailed and then, therefore, be stored on that server. Thank you.

Just hosted a webinar. There were at least 2 different people whose names were listed 3 times in the attendee panel. The attendee report shows these same people listed multiple times in the report with different times in the session. What can cause the same person to be listed 3 times as an attendee? 

I recently ported my T-mobile number over to Zoom and thought that the advertised "SMS" capability would at least enable me to continue to get 2FA codes via SMS, but I'm unable to get anything from anybody (human or robot) at this time. After a bunch of digging I found conflicting threads about needing a "direct" number that is not the "main company" number and having to go through the horribly slow and convoluted process of 10DLC.  My number is assigned to just me and is not assigned to any other pool, main line, or group. The only thing I haven't done to troubleshoot is the 10DLC campaign setup process.  I would like Zoom to confirm that you can't receive SMS messages unless the 10DLC process has been completed and if true, explain why users must go through this process to receive SMSs. 10DLC makes sense for outbound messages but I'm really shocked and disappointed if this is true for inbound messages as well. P.S. Is it possible that during the Webinar registration process that a recipient is given an option to conset to receiving marketing emails from our company? We are collecting email addresses during registration and we would like our attendees to opt in to Marketing, this will help us being caught up in any spam laws in Australia. I would be grateful for any possible solutions that don't require a separate external process. Thank youJoe

Hi all, We have a meeting room that uses a TesiraForte X 800 DSP for audio, and Logitech RoomMate including Tap IP for utilizing Zoom Rooms. All of these devices run on the latest firmware.  Fault: One day from nowhere, we're not able to adjust the volume, you still have the fader on the TapIP working and you can move volume up/down, but the actual volume stays the same. it's either 100% or 0%.We've raised this issue with Biamp and Logitech which can't figure out why's this happening. I saw that the TesiraForte x 800 is not on the Zoom Room list. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

When I clicked the meeting link, it would always launch the zoom app and take me to the meeting. Was very stable and working for many years. Suddenly, Zoom app won't launch. Even when I click the "Launch Meeting" button, nothing happens. I'm on Windows 10 and Chrome (latest updates for both). I've tried everything: Restarted PC, Cleared cookies, cleared cache, uninstalled and re-installed the Zoom app, including "Cleanzoom", verified camera and mic permissions, verified updated drivers on camera, even tried editing the "Preferences" file in the default directory as someone has suggested. Nothing has worked and I keep having the same issue. I have another (slightly older) laptop running same Windows/Chrome and everything works perfectly there. Can someone please suggest a solution? I've added the contacts I am trying to send SMS to to my Zoom account. However, when I start a conversation with them the title of the group message displays their phone numbers, and not the contact name.

Latest Zoom version 6.2.6(2503) for OpenSUSE Leap 15.6  has massive memory leak. This seems to increase with the number of participants in a meeting. For example, a meeting with one speaker and over 100 participants steadily increased memory use to 32GB within an hour. Until Zoom correct the code, is there any workaround?

no idea what location to choose. it says i have to contact my administrator or IT manager.but it's just me - I work for myself - i have no IT manager - that's a joke.how do i update zoom? there's no "update" feature under my profile setting.i paid for zoom for a while and now i can't afford it. how do i update this system.why do i feel like i am trapped inside some bad loop?thanks for any help you can give.Mary  

Hello - We operate webinars from my zoom account but often have different people hosting based on the topic. They are added to the zoom webinars as 'alternative hosts' but those hosts are not receiving a meeting invite with link to join. Is there a way to fix this issue?  Thank you.
