I recorded a long meeting. It shows up under local recordings but then when I open it, it says 'no such file exists'. Anyone know how to retrieve this? I'm sure I've done it many times in the past without any trouble. Thank you

Hello, Running a Webchat campaign (not exactly a campaign but its the only way to get the welcome screen). On the welcome screen I am capturing the customers first name, email and language selection.We only need 2 languages (English and French) but the drop down list provided has way more than that. Which means right now I have to create a catch-all in the flow for any selection outside of those 2 that then requires users to select their language again (this time from a shorter list of buttons that I created). The whole point of the Welcome screen is to save on some of those nested clicks and capture some relevant information into variables right from the get-go.  Is there any way to customize that list of languages that Zoom auto-populates?

I have worked out how to save the auto transcript in recordings as subtitles, and I can see them in the recording (when viewed in Zoom). However, when I download those recordings the subtitles no longer show up - anyone know how to get the subtitles to save to the downloaded recordings?

Hi! My Zoom Desktop Client (on Windows) updated to one that has consolidated the Calendar and Meetings tabs (or so it says, feels more like it -lost- the Meetings tab) and now I can't really access cloud recordings from my desktop client. Or I just can't find them. Is there a way to go back to the old UI? Having to log into my Zoom account on my browser when I have a desktop client open just to get a cloud meeting's URL is a really bad experience.

Hello,   Recently we setup a new office that has Fire TV Omni's and Logitech C920 webcams (As per recommended by amazon for compatibility to the TV's). We have the Zoom app on the TV's but when going into a meeting or test meeting, the camera or microphones are not picked up.   In the settings, it shows the camera seen as an external camera but there is no video feed and the camera itself does not have the light on as it normally would when the video is being seen.We have tried mix and matching cameras, uninstalling and reinstalling the zoom app.The camera and microphone works in other apps, just not zoom. We allow all permissions that it prompts for. Went into the Application settings and allowed Zoom to view and use the camera and microphone, nothing has worked.   The turn camera on or off is grayed out.    Amazon states it is an issue with the Zoom app and to contact zoom support.Any suggestions or modifications to the app I can make, so this works? Anyone have any suggestions on how to query zoom version number using CLI?Anyone have any suggestions on how to remotely install zoom client for end user? When I pre-install it - it does nothing because the end user has to install it and it installs in their profile path - not Program Files.   I don't see any options in the CLI to find the version installed on their profile.We have many users to install and I don't want to manually visit every PC.

Hello,    I am trying to generate a meeting registration report, and when I enter the meeting ID or the date of the meeting it shows no data. These meetings are within the last month so I don't understand why they are not generating.    I would appreciate some assistance! 🙂    Thanks!

I have searched at both the Zoom Admin level and the user level to find the recommended solution provided by @CarlaA to this issue, and the solution doesn't exist. When I search for the keyword Merge, I get this response: No Setting Found. I have people at my organization who DO NOT want their calendar and Zoom meetings to be merged mainly because they are responsible for setting Zoom meetings for other leadership in the organization, and they need to be able to quickly go in and find what they need and fix it.  I need a solution to this issue.  Please advise. 

Hello. I am running a hybird style meeting and using my computer to take notes while hosting the meeting and sharing presentations. I am working of a Mac (OS 12.5) and running dual screens (not mirrored). A little background: the way I’d prefer to use my set up is to have the Zoom meeting (a view of participants) on one screen, while taking notes, managing Zoom chat and participants, and doing other work on my main screen. My issue is when I share a PPT with the group. My process for sharing: I open PowerPoint, begin a screen share, and share the presentation I want (from the app, not from the desktop). When it is shared, the presentation takes over BOTH of my screens, leaving me dead in the water. What change needs to be made in the Zoom settings that will stop the share screen from taking over my computer?  Toggling between presenter view and main view has not fixed it.  TIA for your help.

The files in a cloud recording of a meeting are showing us that the results of the polls we conducted are not anonymous as we thought them to be. Is there a way to delete these files from the account to protect the privacy of those who participated, without deleting the entire meeting recording?

Hello, in some meetings on my smartphone LG G5 it gets too dark dimmed for no reason. The only solutio i found is to restart the zoom-app Dim flashing video shared in a meeting or webinar - Zoom Support how can i disable the dimming of videos shared in a meeting?

Hello,I don't know if anyone else has had this problem.  When I try to schedule a meeting on my home page, I get error codes, but when I sign in to Client via my profile, there seems to be no problem in scheduling a meeting.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Many thanks.

Hello I’m reaching out regarding a technical issue we encountered during a recent webinar hosted by our company, and I’m hoping to get some assistance in resolving it for future sessions.Here’s a summary of the issue:Whenever our executive, who served as the webinar host, unmuted themselves to speak, participants experienced significant feedback and echo.This occurred even though all participants were muted during the session.The webinar host did not personally experience any feedback or echo on their end while speaking.The host was using a laptop with built-in speakers and a built-in microphone in a private office environment.Given that participants were muted, we’re unsure what might have caused the feedback. Please help in diagnosing and resolving this issue to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees in the future. I've looked at other articles on audio feedback resulting from a second device picking up sound but per the webinar host this wasn't the issue. 

We are holding a virtual event and sending out meeting invites on email. We are getting an upgraded account, which allows us to have up to 1,000 attendees.  I'm not sure as to whether any meeting links we set up pre-upgrade (on a non PRO Zoom licence), will be affected by the upgrade?  We won’t be able to make any amends to the links once they’re set up and comms have gone out. I'm also not sure whether there is anything you can do on a PRO licence, that you can’t do with a non PRO licence? I know that not being cut off after 45 mins is one benefit. But wasn’t sure if there was anything else that the non PRO/not upgraded account wouldn’t have access to, and therefore could cause issues with the meeting links at a later date? Essentially, I want to ensure that if we set meeting links up in a non PRO Zoom account, that when the account is upgraded, then that automatically gets added to the existing Zoom account, and any existing meeting links are also upgraded automat

So zoom switch invite email format in my account and for it now only list deleted and updated dates in my meeting invitation to my clients. The meeting invite use to only include the actual dates and times for my meetings for the month for each client, never the behind the scene changes. This new format looks so unprofessional, is extremely confusing and time consuming  because now I have to go into the email of each of my clients and remove all the deletes and updated changes and then type in the actual dates of the meetings. It is even worst now that I can't add extra sessions to my recurring schedule, so there are a lot of deleted sessions showing up just to get the meetings for the month scheduled. Has anyone experienced this and found a way to go back to the old formatting when sending out their email meeting invites? So far I haven't received any response from submitting a ticket for help.

Hello,We are experiencing an issue during Zoom meetings where the video gallery or participant window blocks part of the shared screen content, as shown in the attached image. This makes it difficult for participants to view the full presentation. We are using Zoom Workplace (Version: 6.2.0) on Windows 11 OS.Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue so that all participants can see the content without obstruction?Thank you for your assistance.

I run Zoom version 5.17.1 (18472) on a Blackview Android tablet running Android 12. When I'm in a Zoom meeting on the tablet, I have to plug in headphones; when I try to use a Bluetooth headset, there's no sound. I am able to play music on the tablet and use the Bluetooth, but not Zoom. What am I doing wrong?  

Designing my first single-choice poll for a meeting I am to host.   Meeting will have at least two participants who will be phoning in.  What audio sequence will the phone-in participants hear when the poll is launched (I want to be able to brief them in advance)?

Setup a Zoom room with rally plus system and tap for my employer for our meetings. Signed into tap with admin info. We don’t know how to schedule meeting for the tap. Tried google calendar but does not give me option to select room. Should I setup tap with another user? Is there setting I need to change? Can everyone in company schedule a meeting in that room? Whenever I see myself on the camera in zoom meeting I suddenly disappear every time I make any kind of move, like move my head or hands I completely disappear from screen and then reappear.  If I sit completely still and don't move an inch it's fine.  I need to be able to move and not disappear when I'm having a client session.
