Hi Iwant other facilitators to log in with email and our account password. Every time someone else does it I am sent a code for them to activate the meeting. How do I stop this so that they can log in using our account email and password as administrator and I don' t have to get a code which I send to them.  Its causing alot of grief

Hi Zoom Community,I’m looking to understand if there’s an option using the Zoom API to create a meeting and upload a recording to it.For example:I create a meeting manually using zoom webAfter the meeting, I download the meeting recording and transcript.I then want to upload this recording and transcript back to Zoom and associate it with a different (new) meeting created via the API.Essentially, I’m trying to determine if there’s an API endpoint or functionality that allows upload recordings to be linked to a specific meeting on Zoom, similar to how native recordings are stored in the Zoom Cloud.If this is possible, could you provide guidance or direct me to the relevant API documentation? If not, are there any recommended workarounds or alternative approaches to achieve this use case?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi all I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox. Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?

Hello, community. Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you. HW

Hi there, I just tried to adjust the options for the waiting room to add a video there but once I enter "waiting room" in the settings it does not showcase any options to adjust the waiting room. Just shows a toggle to add or remove the waiting room. I am on the free plan maybe that's why this occurs - don't know.

My setup currently is Zoom Rooms with Google Meet interop enabled going through Polycom C60 Trio controllers. We can join these meetings in our Zoom rooms just fine but there is very little host control on the Poly C60s, specifically for user management. We can't manage waiting rooms and allow participants from the controllers. Is this expected behavior? Thanks!

Hello, I need help accessing my cloud-recorded meetings. My company suspended the Zoom subscription without informing me, and I lost access to the recordings. I need to download interviews that were stored exclusively in the Zoom cloud. Does anyone know how I can regain access to these recordings?

Seeking advice as to whether or not it's possible to add a separate/unique passcode to a recurring meeting? Our team meets weekly and we'd like to add an external project group to attend monthly. But, as they are contractors and not employees of our firm, I would prefer to issue them a separate and unique passcode for our meetings. Can this be done? Thank you

We use Yealink W56H. I have two locations and two call queues with members assigned. Are the users of the call queues able to check the queue voicemail on the physical phones or is the website the only option?

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

Hi, I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.    

Looking to get information on when/how a camera make/model will be Certified by Zoom. I'm particularly interested in the new AVer TR535N dual lens PTZ Pro AV camera. Zoom has certified a number of other AVer models, and I'm just looking to get a gauge or information on how they choose the models to certify, and how long that process may potentially take. I'm currently testing this model and would love to be able to create/recall presets from Zoom, which is currently unsupported on this model. Thanks

I use Zoom on a Mac...  when someones pastes a hyperlink into chat during a meeting, I am not able to open the link by clicking on it, rather I have to cut and paste the link into my browser.  Others in my meetings are not having this issue.  I have searched settings and help and have had no luck.  All my other chat products allow me to "click and go" to my browser.  Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how were you able to resolve it?

ISSUES AREN'T JUST ONE THING MY PERSONAL MEETING DISAPPEARED.ALL BUTTONS AND LAYOUTS HAVE CHANGED. IF I EDIT A MEETING THAT IS REOCCURRING IT DISAPPEARS FROM MY MY MEETINGS! PLUS IT CHANGES THE DATE AND TIME TO WHEN YOU ARE EDITING.  VS LETTING ME EDIT WHAT I WANTMEETINGS NO LONGER LINK TO MY CALENDAR. HOW DO I UNDO ZOOM WORK PLACE. IT'S HORRIBLE. NOT USER FRIENDLY. NOT HELPFUL

Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do? 

I am having an issue with the scheduler, I have two seperate recurring availabilities, one is 30minute meeting slots and the other is 90, but no matter how I configure it my availability for the 90minute slots doesn't show up. It says there is no availability when there should be recurring availability on Saturday and Sundays. I thought it might be that each schedule "Clashed" somehow but when I set a weekday evening availability that one showed up. Am I missing something? TYIA!

Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

Account: Zoom Workplace ProWe have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member.The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B. How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings.Thanks for help!

We have multiple Windows Zoom Rooms running version 5.17.1 that sporadically have audio issues when connecting primarily to Teams meetings.   When this issue occurs, no audio is heard from the meeting, nor can the other meeting participants hear the audio in the Zoom Room.  A reboot of the Zoom Room will resolve the issue for a while (but it occurs again within a day or so). This seemed to have started within the past week or so, so I suspect the issue is with the 5.17.1 update.  Anyone else having this issue, or is this is a known issue that will hopefully be resolved soon?

hi I am currently a "PRO" user since we have a small team and happy since many months with the paid plan. I would like to use the Full HD features of my high-spec PC from your Business plan HOWEVER, that plan requires 10x seats which we don't really need as we have a small team so it would be a waste of €uros.Though i'd like to test/use the FULL HD features. I want to make a request to enable FULL HD 1920x 1080 on PRO accounts as well without having to upgrade 10x seats for the Business plan. Maybe for a small price increase? Why don't you give the option "normal" 1280 and "full" 1920 for i don't know 5€ more or something? We don't really need ALL the functionalities of the Business plan for now. I've already expressed my wish of using FULL HD a few times and i find it limiting being locked at 1280x720 resolution. I am a big fan of Zoom and would love to level up to the max my PC can do. Feels like driving a Ferrari on a country road. thanks,GabrioROC
