Hello everyone,I’m Darshan Hiranandani, currently hosting a webinar on Zoom, and I’m looking to increase the attendee limit. I’m using Zoom Webinars for this event, but I’m unsure how to adjust the attendee capacity. Has anyone here successfully increased the attendee limit for a webinar?Any tips or advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated!Looking forward to your insights!RegardsDarshan Hiranandani

Hello, I have a question. I currently have a plan with you that allows for 500 attendees in a webinar. If I create a registration link with that plan and then upgrade my plan to 1,000 attendees, will the registration link I created allow 1,000 attendees or only 500?

I am looking to see if there is a way to turn High Fidelity Music Mode and Echo Cancellation on Programmatically via the Registry or the Mass Deployment features?  I can turn on Original sound, but that does not check the correct boxes I need.  I.e. I need High Fidelity Music Mode On, Echo Cancellation Off, and Stereo Audio on. I have looked through the Forums, and Registry keys but cannot seem to find the answer I need for this.Thank you

 @jdott16  is there an update to zoom meeting or option to disable annotate symbol even on person sharing the screen, don’t want it on any screen viewer or presenter, any option/controls that can help move it away 

I am trying to set up meetings where other members of my team will be able to join the meeting without me hosting. Is this possible?

When I create a scheduled meeting and I copy and paste the invitation to share it with attendees, the date and time of the meeting does not show up anymore like it used to.   Any suggestions?

Dear Support Team, Good morning from Siem Reap, Cambodia! Nice to be meeting you all here. I have one issue for using Zoom Meeting and need your help to fixer out this issue as soon as possible. The issue is when we are doing Zoom Meeting, we need to play music and song together as a background music like National Anthem songs to share to our participants but the it is support only song without music which is not follow as our concept of our meeting. Could you help to tell me where I can fix this issue please? I have tested with Facebook Live Stream and other UC Platforms, they are supporting well both song and music in the back ground but not Zoom Meeting.  Thank you so much in advance for your help to make Zoom Meeting experience more efficient for more meeting. What I have experienced is that when I import users into Contact Center, I set the Region to Australia, however the Country/Region remains unchanged as "United States (+1)". This is a problem when importing a large number of users as I have to go back and visit each one and reset the Country/Region to "Australia (+61)". Here are the import headers available to me: Email,First Name,Last Name, Role,Package,Add-ons,Client Integration,Agent Queues,Supervisor Queues,Skills,Region,Voice and Video Engagement Capacity,Maximum Concurrent Messaging Engagements,Messaging Load to Accept Calls,User Access. Is there an undocumented header for Country/Region that I can add to the csv file and set it contents to "Australia (+61)"?

Our company currently has a single Webinar license and the user assigned that license currently owns 2 upcoming webinars.The user with the license and webinar ownership is leaving the company. How can I transfer both the webinar ownerships and the license to another user? Can the departing user transfer ownership of the webinars to a non-webinar user, then I, as Owner, can transfer the webinar license to that new user? Is there a way to transfer the webinar ownership and the license, without losing the webinars and without having to purchase a second webinar license?

How can I reorder the polls in the poll question list? My colleague and I have multiple polls for a three-day training and it's difficult to scroll the list for the correct poll. I have tried to drag and drop but that function does not work. Any ideas appreciated, Diana 

I tried to add my assistant's email as alternative host to a webinar I've scheduled. Zoom says that email can't be added for some reason. I am on the Pro plan and paid extra to do a webinar. Is there some way to add her? If not, how do I enable her to get on for a practice session. Is there a special link for that? This would be a few minutes before our webinar. 

Hi new to zoom events, have successfully run 2 conferences hosting numerous sessions at the same time.  However, I am trying to publish an event, similar to the ones I've already run, and I keep getting this error message: business_info_is_not_set  I've been through everything and I can't find anything referring to business info. Can anyone help/advise?Thanks in advance 

I have a Logitech c920s webcam running on a Windows 11 laptop. I was using Logitech Capture software to take advantage of picture adjustments, but it's obsolete and has been replaced by LogiTune.    Here's the problem: I can start LogiTune and see the video feed from the camera, but LogiTune shuts down or crashes when I start Zoom. If I start Zoom first and then run LogiTune, the LogiTune software says that the camera is in use with another application (i.e., Zoom).    Is there some way to get LogiTune to work with Zoom? If no one has a solution, I'll have to go back to Logitech Capture.

When I connect my computer up with an HDMI cord to my TV, I can't get the sound to come through the TV, but only the computer. I do this when watching movies and have no problems, but with Zoom, I can't get the sound to the TV.Please advise.Tha

Hello dear communityI need an overlay for my online gym that shows both the times and the exercises. I have been using intervalcam and fit2live for the last two years. Both no longer work with the new Mac software updates. Does anyone have a solution - maybe even one from Zoom directly? I hope that there won't be problems with every Mac update.Thank you very much. I have been struggling to figure out why my guitar cannot be clearly heard on music lessons via Zoom. I have set the audio according the the suggestions of my teacher and also what zoom recommends and still my guitar sound is cut short. Advanced settings are as follows:1) original sound for musicians checked 2)high fidelity mode checked 3) echo cancellation not checked 4) stereo audio checked  if I check zoom background noise removal then original sounds for musicians becomes unchecked. does anyone have any suggestions?

I get ONLY option as - record to Cloud. Can't see any Record to Computer option.Why this option is NOT enabled? When my settings have the option selected - record to computer.  

I need help removing a few recurring meetings that show up on the Zoom iOS app but do not appear on my desktop or web apps. How can I remove them? I need notifications for the other meetings, but these old ones pop up. I am not granted a delete button even though I made/set those meetings. And they only appear on my iOS devices, so I cannot find them on the web app to delete.

When running the downloaded EXE file, the new computer says that installations are possible only through the Microsoft "store". Zoom is not there and the offered solution is not clear. How can I use Zoom on this computer?

Unable to run Zoom Client 5.16 (64bit) on Windows 10 64bit. I have installed Zoom Client 5.16.0 - 5.16.5 trying both x86/x64, removed the clients using ZoomClean with a reboot in between. Why can't I use my personal meeting ID when scheduling a recurring meeting?  Each time I select the "Recurring meeting" checkbox, the Meeting ID radio field disappears and a meeting ID is auto-generated. I don't want that. I want to create a recurring meeting with my personal meeting ID for every meeting. I don't think that's asking too much.
