Zoom is always publishing all kind of Events and Webinars for all kind of subjects, including Training Videos for Users and Admins

Every once in a while they have events related to "What is new in Zoom" (and other similar) and they talk about features about to be released or potential upcoming features

Here is another link that you can subscribe to about "Release Notes for Zoom Phone" where generally you receive a little bit of heads up about what is coming.

There are similar "release notes" pages for other Zoom products you can subscribe to.

Not sure this is widely available to all, but through our Zoom account team, we do have access to Zoom phone preview notes. This gives us at least a 30 day advanced notice of what is coming down the pipe. Mind you, these are just notes with feature descriptions. You won't get guidance on how to configure most of these until after the release has occurred.
