We use Yealink W56H. I have two locations and two call queues with members assigned. Are the users of the call queues able to check the queue voicemail on the physical phones or is the website the only option?

We've been testing the webinar feature lately for a big event coming up. In one of our tests, we were able to invite all audience members to unmute so they could applaud for the main speaker. But during our second test run, this feature didn't work. The host clicked 'invite everyone to unmute' but no one got the pop up bubble asking them to unmute. Does anyone know what could be going on here?

Sorry for something so basic, but cannot seem to find the profile page where I could see my virtual background and eyebrow choices, etc.  That page seems to be gone!  Is it?  

Hi, I am hosting a webinar and cannot figure out how to disable the raise hand function. I thought I used to go into the participants, and I selected "Disable raised hand", but it is not there anymore.    

Looking to get information on when/how a camera make/model will be Certified by Zoom. I'm particularly interested in the new AVer TR535N dual lens PTZ Pro AV camera. Zoom has certified a number of other AVer models, and I'm just looking to get a gauge or information on how they choose the models to certify, and how long that process may potentially take. I'm currently testing this model and would love to be able to create/recall presets from Zoom, which is currently unsupported on this model. Thanks

I use Zoom on a Mac...  when someones pastes a hyperlink into chat during a meeting, I am not able to open the link by clicking on it, rather I have to cut and paste the link into my browser.  Others in my meetings are not having this issue.  I have searched settings and help and have had no luck.  All my other chat products allow me to "click and go" to my browser.  Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how were you able to resolve it?

ISSUES AREN'T JUST ONE THING MY PERSONAL MEETING DISAPPEARED.ALL BUTTONS AND LAYOUTS HAVE CHANGED. IF I EDIT A MEETING THAT IS REOCCURRING IT DISAPPEARS FROM MY MY MEETINGS! PLUS IT CHANGES THE DATE AND TIME TO WHEN YOU ARE EDITING.  VS LETTING ME EDIT WHAT I WANTMEETINGS NO LONGER LINK TO MY CALENDAR. HOW DO I UNDO ZOOM WORK PLACE. IT'S HORRIBLE. NOT USER FRIENDLY. NOT HELPFUL

Thanks in advance for the help!  My account billing shows my account is Pro, but my account will only let me set up meetings as if it is a basic account.  I can't get through on the phone because they say my account isn't eligible for phone support, but I can't figure out where to go for help.  Nothing from the chatbot.  Nothing from the knowledgebase.  Nothing from Google.  Has anyone ever experienced this before?  What did you do? 

I am having an issue with the scheduler, I have two seperate recurring availabilities, one is 30minute meeting slots and the other is 90, but no matter how I configure it my availability for the 90minute slots doesn't show up. It says there is no availability when there should be recurring availability on Saturday and Sundays. I thought it might be that each schedule "Clashed" somehow but when I set a weekday evening availability that one showed up. Am I missing something? TYIA!

Is there a way to allow for public access to meetings by posting the Zoom link online without having to use a passcode or accepting a person into the meeting. I would like a virtual courtroom to allow anyone to view online by only clicking the zoom link but not have any communication in the meetings, only viewable? I use Youtube but would like to bypass this process. Thank you!

Account: Zoom Workplace ProWe have a problem switching meetings-IDs from owner to member.The owner O installed a meeting called M-A (ID 12345678).Meeting M-A is supposed to be started by a member B. How do we enable member B to start meeting M-A.If we log in as member B there are no meetings listed. It seems that members are restricted to 40 min meetings.Intention: member B can start all meetings, but cannot change any settings.Thanks for help!

We have multiple Windows Zoom Rooms running version 5.17.1 that sporadically have audio issues when connecting primarily to Teams meetings.   When this issue occurs, no audio is heard from the meeting, nor can the other meeting participants hear the audio in the Zoom Room.  A reboot of the Zoom Room will resolve the issue for a while (but it occurs again within a day or so). This seemed to have started within the past week or so, so I suspect the issue is with the 5.17.1 update.  Anyone else having this issue, or is this is a known issue that will hopefully be resolved soon?

hi I am currently a "PRO" user since we have a small team and happy since many months with the paid plan. I would like to use the Full HD features of my high-spec PC from your Business plan HOWEVER, that plan requires 10x seats which we don't really need as we have a small team so it would be a waste of €uros.Though i'd like to test/use the FULL HD features. I want to make a request to enable FULL HD 1920x 1080 on PRO accounts as well without having to upgrade 10x seats for the Business plan. Maybe for a small price increase? Why don't you give the option "normal" 1280 and "full" 1920 for i don't know 5€ more or something? We don't really need ALL the functionalities of the Business plan for now. I've already expressed my wish of using FULL HD a few times and i find it limiting being locked at 1280x720 resolution. I am a big fan of Zoom and would love to level up to the max my PC can do. Feels like driving a Ferrari on a country road. thanks,GabrioROC

When I view the Zoom meeting app in full screen, I can always see the Participants icon at the bottom of the screen. See the screenshot here, where I have circled in red, the Participants icon. https://imgur.com/a/z6SzvGr But when I click the Restore rectangles in the upper right corner, the Participants icon disappears. I recorded a Zoom meeting, but the exported MP4 file does not include the speaker's video or participant views. However, the recording folder includes a file named double_click_to_convert_01. He opens this link and afterwards the following error message appears:"Action not allowed: This data is protected by your organisation. HelloI have been using Zoom successfully for the last 18 months at home.2 days ago I started having the problem where all other people are a black screen.  I can see myself but can't see others (when their video is turned on). This is the same problem across different devices (mac, android, PC)Same problem with different meetings in different parts of the countryThis is the same problem is wired or wireless.Same problem if I log in using different accounts. The statistics page shows severe packet loss on the Video -> Receive side (like 80% to 99%). See screenshot All my other programs such as Netflix function fineSpeed tests are fine. Of note however is: the problem goes away when I don't go through my router at home. I tested tethering to my mobile phone hotspot and the problem is resolved (albeit a very slow connection given the nature of my mobile reception). I have updated the firmware in my router and tested with my ISP to check if there is problem

I have created a group in Zoom to restrict AI Companion for Workplace to a specific group.  It doesn't look like I can do the same for Meetings.  It only seems I can enable or disabled AI Companion for Meetings for the whole organization.  Is that correct?  Does anyone know if that functionality is upcoming? Thanks in advance!

Проблема вот в чем. При подключении к конференции изображение моих коллег начинает отставать. Изображение может на пару секунд перекрывать предыдущий кадр или как-то путается и тормозит. Для меня это очень важно, т.к. я общаюсь с глухими друзьями. Подскажите, как решить эту проблему?
