Solved

Hi, I'm new here, so this might be something that’s already been discussed—but I couldn’t find any useful tickets on it.When I pull QA reports from the web interface, I can see the upvote data. However, neither of the two API reports that include QA data seem to contain any upvote information. Is there another way to access the upvote data programmatically? Best regards,Mike

Good morning,I'm looking for historical data on recurring meetings, in particular how long the meeting lasted and if anyone other than the host attended. My Previous Meeting tab only shows previously scheduled meetings, not previous occurrences of a recurring meeting. Thanks! John

Hi, I started the setup process yesterday for Zoom Phone after purchasing a package for use in UK to trial the system before potentially switching over from our current provider. Going through the set up process, I'm stuck on the 'Select Company Number' in the 'Prepare for Phone Assignment' section.I've added emergency address for my location, selected Country and picked a telephone number - but I cannot select the Emergency Address as it's pending (which stops me continuing)... how do I progress the pending part? Do I need to verify the address somewhere/somehow? (it doesn't say).I don't want to wait a week and find out I needed to do something earlier lol Many thanks

Is it possible to set the settings so that every time I share the screen the audio is shared automatically as well? I've tried to find it in settings but the only place I can see it is in the pop-up window right before sharing. And as a default, it's always ticked off. I find most meetings I attend there's always a couple of minutes wasted as neither I nor others can remember to tick that box in the heat of the moment and to share the sound. So when we want to present videos, we have to come out of the presentation to put it back on. Obviously, if I am presenting something on zoom, no other audio will be on so I really don't understand why the computer sound is not shared automatically. It would make everyone's life so much easier.

I have Call Screening enabled along with the option to "Exclude my contacts from call screening, calls from contacts will reach you as normal."  I added two numbers to my Personal Contact list, my own cell (for testing) and my wife's. Both numbers are still challenged by the call screening prompt when calling my Zoom number. I confirmed that the numbers appear in "Personal Contacts" on both the zoom.us website and in my Zoom Workplace desktop app. To determine if setting changes had an activation lag, I temporarily disabled Call Screening and confirmed that the setting change was immediately effective on my line. Reenabling Call Screening was also immediate, however the numbers in my personal contacts are still screened. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? Thanks!

Hello,  I am trying to change my community name because it is incorrectly spelled. Does anyone know if it can be changed and if so the steps to do so?  I have been looking and there isn;t a place on the profile page to change the community name.  Thank you in advance for your help.

I have have a user who cannot sign in with SSO. They are not making any error. I looked at a log and see that the NameID does not populate. I'm not on the team that would be able to check that on the network end. What do I need to be looking for on her account? Universal Principal Name?

I paid for my Zoom Standard Pro account in the US. Can I log in and create meetings while in Canada?

Hi,   I did not download my recording from the cloud before I canceled my paid subscription. Is there a way I recover them? (if I re-subscribe for example)   Thanks for your help. Sibel

Has anyone able to solve and be able to log in after experiencing this error. I just sent a report. I am able to log in on Windows PC and Mac. Hopefully I be able to use zoom on my apple phone again. Please let me know if you have other means to solve this. Thank you.

This is a question based on an issue that we encountered five years ago. User A has a personal Zoom Pro account. We want to grant User A an organizational account, but we don't have an organizational email service. (This is a non-profit, and volunteers use their personal email addresses for communications.) Five years ago, if we gave User A an organizational Zoom license using the same email address, that person's personal Pro license became inaccessible for personal Zoom meetings. We were able to build an email forwarding scheme that created pseudo-addresses to allow people to have unique logins to organizational accounts. In addition, I just confirmed that we can use the GMail +trick to allow people to manage separate Zoom licenses. Is the original problem still a problem? Can User A log in to zoom.us and mybelovedorg.zoom.us with the same email address and have two separately licensed accounts?

Cannot get Zoom audio from laptop to TV through wired HDMI connection. Zoom audio is audible in laptop speakers only. Other laptop audio (YouTube, etc.,) works fine through the TV.

Recently, I received many invitation emails which relating to introduce products, events....The sender from no-reply@zoom[.]us as the below image or attachment. I guess these are spams email.   Is there any way to detect the fake signature/certificate that used to sign these emails? and should I take some action against these or can zoom support?   Thanks and best regards,

I love Zoom docs.My question: How do I share just one page of a folder? As I am using a lot of docs I have them organized in folders. When I want to share one page of the folder there is a warning that the sharing is going to include all files of the folder. Is there a way to safely share just one doc without the risk that others can look into my other docs?An option to choose between sharing a page or the whole folder would be helpful.

I'm on Zoom Version 6.3.11 (50104) on MacBook Air MacOS 15.3.2 (24D81) I have been teaching online since lockdown and I use Classic whiteboard for notes.  I often switch to share a webpage or a pdf then come back to the whiteboard and continue the notes.  This works fine.  I share the notes with the student after the lesson. Today, following the update, every time I switch back to Classic whiteboard all the notes are gone and I've got a blank whiteboard.  This is exceedingly disruptive as we normally carry on with the same calculations through the lesson and now all the work we've done is gone every time we come back after looking at a different screen, for example, the pdf of the problem we're working on. I explain to the students that every once in a while Zoom releases an update that ruins everything, and it's happened again. Please can someone direct me to the setting that makes the Classic whiteboard remain intact if you stop sharing it

I'm experiencing an issue where my Zoom meeting window closes immediately when I start a meeting. Additionally, when I open Zoom settings and navigate to the Audio tab, the settings window also closes automatically.  My audio is working properly on other platforms such as Discord and WhatsApp calls, so this seems to be an issue specific to Zoom.Steps to Reproduce:Open Zoom and start a new meeting → The meeting window closes immediately.Open Zoom settings and go to the Audio tab → The settings window closes immediately.Troubleshooting Steps I've Tried:Restarted my computerReinstalled Zoom (latest version)Checked for any conflicting applicationsUpdated my audio driversSystem Information:OS: (Windows 11 Pro,  Build: 26100.3323)Zoom Version: (6.3.11 (60501))Attachment:https://www.loom.com/share/aad40fb5e4cc40a8b0a46e6e991d4da1

Hello- We don't want a waiting room to be used for meetings, since we're using a passcode.   I've made sure the waiting room toggle is set to off under our admin portion and individual, yet  3 of our 4 users continue to have waiting rooms.  This is problematic for our clients. How do I disable the waiting room for all users under our account? Thank you.
