Hello, I need help with a billing issue.I recently paid for the Pro Plan, and the charge has been completed on my bank account. However, my Zoom account still shows as Basic. I also checked my Zoom Billing page, but there is no invoice or active subscription shown.

Has anyone tried to integrate the zoom with the website so you can allow your users to participate in meetings and join the discussion? Is it possible to do that?   Please, if you can suggest me a better idea, do comment. waiting for your answer....

With the Basic free plan, if you schedule a meeting but start it 10 minutes late, do you still get 40 minutes or does it end 40 minutes after the scheduled start time? 

This site's chatbot is worthless, so I'm hoping to get an answer here. I inherited the account and can't figure out how to change the contact email address in email settings within the templates I use for meeting registration.

In latest Zoom Workplace, the new  docs feature has UI elements cutoff when not in full screen.  I hardly ever full screen apps on 4K monitors - too wasteful.  Unfortunately, I do not have permission to post images so you'll have to go to imgur to see my dilemma:https://imgur.com/a/SG2f24A I hope this is not a duplicate report - I did search first though.

Dear Zoom Support Team, On May 12th, I purchased the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" feature for $53.17 (including tax). However, I noticed on June 2nd that the feature had been cancelled, and the associated benefits were immediately withdrawn, even though the feature was intended to last until June 12th. I would appreciate clarification on the following points: Who initiated the cancellation of the feature?Why were the benefits of the "Large Meeting | 500 Participants" withdrawn immediately? (I realized this on June 4th while hosting a webinar, as I received a notification that I could only admit 99 participants.)Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I am the account owner, and originally purchased my annual Zoom Pro and Zoom webinar subscription with a company card. However, the new finance guy at my company wants billing for Zoom sent to him, not to me. How do I arrange to give him access???

Hope someone can help with this issue. It appears that the problem started with the new version of zoom. I set-up a zoom meeting and the attendees tell me that my voice is breaking up even though I can hear them clearly. I am using a Lenovo laptop which I have never had an issue with before, window 11, and zoom version is 6.4.7.  Thanks in advance.Gusnk

We are converting to Zoom Phone. Our old provider allowed us to set a user's phone so that incoming voicemails are forwarded as email attachments, and then automatically deleted (or not stored in the first place). We basically had three options: 1) store voicemail, 2) email voicemail as attachment, or 3) both.  It appears that Zoom supports options 1 and 3, but not 2. Did I miss something?  Many of our users, having dealt with a voicemail that they received in email, don't want to bother with deleting the original voicemail as well. Thanks!

Hi all, Do you know if there is any way to upload a video larger than 30MB in a Meeting waiting room?I tried to compress the video that I want to use but the quality is now very bad. Would love to find a workaround this. BestAugustin

I'm struggling to find an older version of the Linux Zoom Client to downgrade to. For the last few versions of Zoom, I've had a lot of trouble with screensharing - which isn't a good look in front of my customers. I've filed plenty of error reports each time it's happened but Zoom don't seem interested in doing anything about it. Does anyone know where I can find an older version of the app?  The Zoom download centre doesn't seem to understand the concept of "old versions".

A friend used my computer to start her meeting. Now when I join zoom, it identifies me as her. How do I change this so zoom identifies me when I sign in? 

Hello - just posting a call out that I can't seem to find anyone else having trouble with. When zoom workspace is open and running in the background, the keyboard shortcut for a screenshot continues to interact with all other open and running apps which is troublesome since the shortcut for a new browser tab is also control+t. Can someone get this to your development team to change that shortcut to literally anything else, please?

Would be great to always open chat in it's own window (popped out), instead of merged with main window. Opening it inside main window messes up window layouts.

Hi. I wanted to have a specific set of users to always have automatic call recording enabled. I thought that I could do this by creating a "Group" in Zoom, and setting the Automatic Call Recording option to "On", and then assigning users to it. When I did that, the calls were not recorded though. If however, I go into each user individually, and go under their "Policy" setting, I can enable it there and it works, but I'd prefer not to have to manage this setting for each individual user. Is there any other way to apply the automatic call recording setting to a group of users? or is their something I could me missing that's causing the group setting to not be applied? I've tried locking it, as well as disabling it and turning it back on again.

Hi everyone, I've been using zoom webinars for some time, and today I encountered this problem for the first time.I was in webinar practice session with two others panelists and none of us were able to share sound during screen sharing. I can see the Share Audio option in the bottom corner, but I can't check it.I would appreciate any solution to this.

I had a meeting, and I recorded it locally. I have found the recording file (M4A), but I need to convert it to an (MP4), for the attendees need to se it so that they can evaluate the speech that was given. Can someone please help me, I really need this for a speech class that I am taking?
