Does anyone know if its possible to use iCalendar/Mac Calendar with Zoom to schedule/show meetings?  We have the desktop app but our email is not hosted by Outlook or Google.  It appears that Zoom only supports Exchange and Google for these integrations.  Anyone at Zoom reading this - will there ever be  Apple support for mail/calendar?

A few days ago we received an few messages like the one above to re-autorize our Office365 email connections.  A bit surprising but oh well, went to re-authorize and we are stuck here....Anyone else seen this ?  Cannot authorize because of the Microsoft Graph API error. Thanks,Andrew

We had a recurring meeting and 1 person in meeting (01:18) without anyone attending or talking, however, the Zoom AI meeting summary

Is it possible for a participant to record meeting without host invitation or permission? If a participant records, will this cancel the host’s recording? Paid subscription host recording to local device. Thanks for your expertise!

Example: I am the host of a meeting and start recording the session. I need to leave early, so I make someone a co-host. Question: Will the meeting continue to record with the co-host if I leave? Or will recording end? I am recording to the cloud.

I’m currently using the Zoom Basic plan to create instant meetings through API requests and display them on my website using the component view. I noticed that with both the Basic and Pro plans, I can’t host multiple meetings at the same time. If I purchase the Video SDK Pay As You Go plan, will I be able to host multiple meetings simultaneously?

Hoping this gets some traction here as the 4th dept to be involved. Joshua Tan in finance continues to send demands for payment but does not provide an active account number. We have provided evidence that the Wells Fargo bank account that zoom has provided on invoices is INACTIVE and CANNOT RECEIVE PAYMENTS. This has been going on for several months and has over 15 people engaged from both my company and from Zoom where there are several internal tickets and requests for escalation. We have yet to have this resolved.

Hi- I am in US and take guitar lessons with a teacher in UK. He records the lessons for me. He uses a windows computer(I believe)  and I use my Ipad pro (updated)  and though I have checked enable original sound for musicians both in and out of a meeting my teacher CAN NOT hear my guitar. We can speak to each other but as soon as I play he says my guitar cannot be heard. I can see and  hear his guitar.  I take my lesson in a quiet room. He says I am the only student he has this issue with!i tried taking a lesson on my patio and when i played the recording some of the sound cut off intermittently. Please help!

While I am able to see closed captions in some meetings, I am unable to turn them on in other meetings. I have gone to Accessibility in Settings, but  CC simply would not appear at the bottom of the screen. They did not turn on when the other member present initiated the call, nor when I initiated the call. I did get as far as seeing the sample of a caption, and I turned on "enable." I hope someone can guide me to a solution.

Scenario: Webinar with an English to Spanish Interpreter. Spanish speaking attendee that has selected the Spanish Interpreters audio channel. Question: Can the Spanish speaking attendee enable CC and see the Spanish Interpreters audio channel in CC? So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "cinco". Note: While testing, our Spanish speaking attendee with CC enabled could only see CC from the original audio channel. So for example if the translator hears "five" from the original audio channel and then translates that to "cinco" the CC for our Spanish speaking attendee shows "five". Thanks in advance for you help.

Is there a way to make Zoom quit after I leave a meeting? I prefer not to have apps running that I'm not using. When I leave a meeting, zoom keeps running. I would like for Zoom to quit after I leave a meeting.

Our company used ZOOM 100 Events for just one month. I sent a request to cancel the service, but no one from ZOOM responded. When we received an invoice, I reached out to ZOOM again to request cancellation. I received a notice that someone would get back to me. While I waited, I received another invoice.  In September, I finally managed to reach a person at ZOOM named Maximo. He assured me that the service would be canceled. However, after waiting for a response, I again had to reach out to him by phone. During this call, he mistakenly thought I was trying to cancel our yearly subscription. After clarification, he said he needed to forward my request to another department, and that I would hear back from them. Unfortunately, I did not hear from the renewals department (Cezar). When I eventually got in touch with Cezar, he said he needed to look into the matter. To prove that I had communicated with ZOOM, I had to take screenshots of our correspondence. We eventually rece

Hello everyone, i am having issues with the windows Zoom Workplace app version 6.3.6(56144), this started a week ago. For some reason i am unable to get either the 64 bit or 32 bit app to connect. Though i am unsure what they are trying to connect to.after logging in to the app with my email and password i see the "working" dot circle then the following message appears"It looks like we are unable to connect. Please check your network and try again." the only two other things that show up in the window are the blue "try again" button right below the message and a small "< Back " in the lower left corner. i have no issue logging into zoom workplace via my browser (firefox in case you want to know) so i know my log in info is correct and my net is stable. am i correct in thinking that the app is trying to connect to Zoom? or is it trying to access Google? how to i get the app (i think it's a webapp?) to connect with whatever it is looking for? how to i debug the app

Per https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-LMS-Blog/Enforcing-User-Agent-Header-for-Canvas-API-Requests/ba-p/658205 all HTTP requests, including LTI and API ones must have a user-agent header. Canvas has provided a report to all LMS administrators that identifies developer keys that are not providing a user-agent header. Both the LTI developer key (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/advantage) and the LTI API key for Zoom LTI Pro (https://applications.zoom.us/lti/rich/oauth/complete) are reported to not be providing the header. I have filed two Support tickets where I've been told that it's not their problem, but come January 17th, it seems like it will be.

My camera app is working fine, picture is sharp as always. But when I go from the camera to zoom, the picture quality is poor.  I've read online that many seem to have this problem but none of the proposed solutions (more light, clean camera lens, etc.) does anything. Does anyone have a solution for this or is this is good as zoom gets?

I just cancelled my subscription to ZOOM because I haven't used this product in a year.  I refuse to pay for another year when I haven't used your product.   I wish to file a dispute.

We have created a roadmap that we intended to share across the org. As a result, I set the General Access to "Anyone in the account company ltd".Although they could access the link, I've noticed that they cannot search for this in Zoom and the document doesn't appear when searched. When I send a share link they can access and view again. Is this intended behaviour?

i had the zoom outlook plugin successfully up and running on my PC (Windows 11, Outlook 2024 LTSC) but the latest update of the plugin didn't install, showing error message "error applying transforms. verify that the specified transform paths are valid" (in german) on setup. Tried several things including uninstalling the plugin which worked but didn't fix the issue. Now the outlook plugin is all gone but still whenever i try to reinstall it i get this error message.Any ideas how to fix this issue and get the zoom outlook plugin installed again ?
