I'm working on a course for Udemy with a colleague, and in my test videos, they complain about the border around the video. Is there a setting to get rid of that border, or does anyone have a fix using Adobe elements editing to get rid of the border?   Thanks!

A pink virtual background or filter is on my Android mobile app, and will not go away.I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled the latest version, to no avail.Choosing different backgrounds or filters does work reflects each new selection.However, choosing option "None" does not remove what seems to now be a default pink background. Interestingly, the "None" option works when switching to the forward camera.So, I can use my phone if I am comfortable not seeing anyone else nor seeing where I am in the shot. The "selfiecam" attached images show the pink background and the "Virtual Background" and "Filters" menus - both with the "None" option selected.The "forward" image shows that the pink background goes away when the other camera on the same phone is in use. Phone: "Galaxy S20 FE 5G"Model: SM-G781U1/DSOne UI Version: 4.1Android Version: 12Kernel: 4.19.113-24328540Zoom: 5.12.2.9059 (previous version also had same bug) 

Hello,Last night we were attacked by a very aggressive zoom bomber showing very inappropriate video. I was unable to throw him out at first because he was repeatedly raising/lowering his hand at a hight rate. This resulted in his tile moving to the list of raised hands and back quickly, so I was unable to click his tile in order to get the popup menu to throw him out.The same occurred with the participants list giving me no chance to access the menu.Eventually we resorted to suspending all meeting activities which settled the situation and allowed me to access his tile's menu and remove him. When is was preparing a video for our other hosts and co-hosts the next day, explaining how to remedy such a situation, I noticed that participants can still raise and lower their hands when activities are suspended. I'm a licensed user with an Education account.I scheduled a webinar and I entered as alternative host a colleague.My colleague started by himself the webinar, he figured as host and things worked perfectly.At the same time I needed to start another webinar from my account, but I couldn't! A message advise me that there was another meeting going on...I read tha it's possible to host up to 2 meetings at the same time...Thank you!  Isabella 

I am using zoom pro and when I have people in the meeting it ends because I guess no one is screensharing or something I need help how do I fix the 40 minute idle time HELP

I have a Workplace Pro license which allows 100 participants in a meeting. If I start a meeting and 60 people join, then 10 minutes later 30 of those leave the meeting, how many more people can enter the meeting at that time? Would it be 70 because there are only 30 people still in the meeting? Or would it be 40 as 60 had already earlier joined the meeting?

Hello All, We have staff that miss being able to call in to access their voicemail box and change their greeting while they are not in the office.  It looks like Zoom has a similar capability here, but it wasn't enabled by default: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068936 Has anyone enabled this in their environment?  If so, are there any security implications to consider?  How about positives and negatives after enabling? Any feedback is appreciated! Tony

Hello everyone, I am synching my Google Calendar with Zoom. For the events that I manually add to my private Google Calendar, everything works fine and clients cannot book via the Zoom booking software if there's an event set in my Google Calendar. But I do also have a work Google Calendar and here, Zoom does not understands that I am busy there too. I think the issue comes from the fact that in my Google Calendar, there's the private and the work calendar (it's both the same Google account) because if I manually copy events form the work to the private calendar in Google, they show up in Zoom as well. The issue is I cannot manually copy every incoming event.Is there any solution to this?Thank you!

My account was managed and billed through a corporation, on 4/29 they no longer manage my account and my account was downgraded to a free account, all my seminar recordings for years are gone. If I purchase a plan, can I retrieve all my recordings? Thank you!

I have created a Zoom Doc during my Maths Class and have copied and pasted some images into it. However I am not able to use a pen tab to annotate on it : for example drawing graphs, writing equations or expressions. Is this feature not available in Zoom Docs?

Although we enabled passcode protection for the recording, external users can access it directly through the link without being prompted for the passcode. This creates a security concern as anyone with the link can view the content.

How do I change my Zoom email address, and also how can I get closed captioning for the hearing impaired in my meetings?I am frustrated by the lack of human agents in Zoom. 

I use a MAC. Zoom kept saying an update was necessary when signing on. I would allow the update...but it kept coming back with an error code. I looked up the error code and followed the instructions as to how to get the update on my MAC. I no longer get the error code. However, since updating (it may or not be connected) I keep getting dropped. This is not good in the midst of a counseling situation. I just had a coaching session (50 minutes) and was dropped 6 times.  I get the little circle and re-connected in about a minute. I do not have other programs on (it was suggested I close them all) and my internet is strong. Because I'm a not-for profit, I got my account through tech soup and when I call for tech support they tell me I'm not eligible. On line suggestions include going to my picture and seeing if I have all available downloads...but that is not possible on my tech soup version that I can find...there is not drop down menu below my picture...HELP! please!

Hello- I would like to switch our account to a non-profit status via tech soup. I t would be awesome to just switch our current pro account over, rather than killing this one and starting over with new logins etc. Is it possible to do that? Thank you

Our small non-profit renews every year with Techsoup to get a zoom discount. We host many online events through scheduled meetings and webinars. We have found that if we schedule a meeting for an event and then renew our membership with the discount, our link for the meeting does not function and we need to create a brand new link for the event. Is there a way to avoid doing this? This has caused confusion in the past with our registrants as well as on our end.  We prefer to schedule our events in advance and distribute the links to people as they register. 

I have 3 licenses and want to add one more.  I have fully paid for the year using the TechSoup discount.  When I add a fourth user will this discount be applied?  I also want to make sure I won't get charged for all four, just the additional one.  When I add the licensee it looks like I am going to be billed for four people.  Any thoughts?   

I am REALLY struggling with getting help from Zoom. My nonprofit organization has a "Pro" account with 3 licenses. The complication probably lies in my sign in. I can sign in as our IT person through an SSO, as myself , or as our main account email.  Over the last couple of months I have (tried) to use live chat for help. Today, no matter what sign in I use, in attempting to use live chat the bot says "your account does not have access to live chat".  I have no idea what to do to try to get my support need resolved. Can anyone advise?

We are a non-profit seeking to purchase a DTEN screen for our conference room.  This would necessitate a Zoom Room license.  Is anyone aware are there discounts for Zoom Room licenses?  I am aware of the Zoom One discount through TechSoup, but I just wanted to check on Zoom Rooms before moving forward.

Is there a discount code for non profit organizations for an annual membership

I had bought one year of Pro and when I purchased it, I could not see where to put the coupon code I had from Tech Soup and so I was told by Zoom Support to wait until the whole year subscription was ended and then I will be able to use the coupon code upon renewal. I believed them and tried but the coupon code appears as not applicable. I need to renew my subscription ASAP since I have a recording that will be deleted in a couple of weeks if I do not renew it. 

Hello, we are a charity with a Zoom account in the UK and have found out that we could apply for a discount to the plan via Charity Digital (this is called TechSoup in the US).  Our plan will renew on 28/10. I want to check whether we need to 1. cancel our existing account and then set up a new one to use the discount codeOR2. Apply for the coupon via Charity Digital and apply it to our existing plan before it renews.
