In some meetings that I host I cannot copy the contents of the chat. For example to copy someone's email address that they share in the chat. Is there a setting I'm missing? This used to just work and now it has stopped. Now the only option on my right-click menu is "Select All". (Using Windows 10) Thank you.

I have a large meeting that needs to have the waiting room feature turned off at a certain point to let many attendees in.  I am unable to get this to work during an active meeting without ending the meeting and restarting after the settings have been updated.  I have found this statement in some automated zoom documentation:"Yes, you can update the waiting room feature during a meeting. As the meeting host, you have the ability to enable or disable the waiting room feature while the meeting is in progress. You can also customize the waiting room title, logo, and description at an account, group, or user level. To update the waiting room feature during a meeting, you can access the waiting room settings and make the necessary changes based on your preferences."Has anyone made this work?  I am aware there are settings for the waiting room in both Profile and Admin. Both of these are turned off in my current testing, but my meeting has been set to have a waiting room

When trying to do so, get a message they can't be found.ExampleMe = Company ADesired Alternative Host = Company B*Currently unable to add anyone unless they are Company A Is there any way to assign Alternative Hosts in this case?Thanks  

I do not have time to click person by person during a discussion meeting.Most times their suggestions come to me (the host) via the chat and I do not want others to see their inputs.Now, I have to click name by name to check their inputs. Ridiculous when I have almost 100 people in the meeting.I need to be able to read all incoming messages quickly at a glance as we are discussing stuff.Please allow us to choose if we want to see all messages at a glance instead of having to click user by user!

Hi Zoom Community!I'm looking for a way to get additional data on usage reports from meetings and what I need is in addition to the participant list and duration of time they attended, but also a duration of time that the participant's camera was on or off.  We have departments/instructors who want to switch to a "camera on" policy during their classroom sessions and are looking for analytics to enforce this.  The gallery view recording only records up to 25 users so that'll work for smaller classes, but not larger classes.Anyway we can suggest this as a product feature if it doesn't exist?

Zoom automatically boots you off one computer when you log in to another.  This should not happen.  The UI should ASK (on both devices if necessary, only requiring the answer on one to force it to uccur) if you want to be logged out of one vs the other.  I have a desktop and two laptop computers (I travel a lot).  They all have Zoom installed. My laptops are "asleep" on my desk, and I'm working on my desktop, and all of a sudden, my desktop logs me out of Zoom.  I assume a laptop wakes up (because of antivirus or something similar)  and auto logs in, which kicks me off my desktop.  This happens while I'm actively using Zoom ( I just got kicked off a phone call on my zoom phone!) and the other computer is simply passively logging in.  this is AWFUL design and needs to be fixed.  I had this happen many times on zoom meetings, but it doesn't kick you off the actual meeting, but on phones, it literally ended my call.  this is not accep

Can anyone help. I got both an audio and video recording but no transcript. is there anyway to get a transcript from the recordings I do have? I tried setting up another mtg and playing the recording. It captures me fine, but not my other person.....any suggestions?

For the life of me, I can't seem to get the right image size for a Zoom background. From what I've read, the recommended pixel size is 1920X1080. My photo app says the image I'm uploading for a background is 1920x1080, but when I set it for my background, I end up with black bars on the right & left sizes which the help files says indicates "wrong size". Any suggestions welcome. I've uploaded the desired background photo in png format (have tried JPG too which behaves the same way) and also a screen grab of what the background looks like with it's black bars. Any/all suggestions appreciated. Platform I'm on is a windows 10 PC, no green screen if that makes any difference. I've got the most recent Zoom client version, too.

I am using my company's Zoom subscription as an employee. I am looking to annotate a customer's screen when they share their screen, but the green pencil annotate tool is not appearing anywhere.Steps already taken:1. Whenever I start a new meeting the meeting ID and passcode change. How can I obtain only one meeting ID and one passcode?

Greetings.   I'm new to Zoom, switching from other platforms because so many users are most familiar and comfortable with Zoom.   I signed up for a new account, which worked as expected, and then attempted to upgrade to a "Pro" account, which I need to make the service useful to me.  However the payment process hangs when I submit my credit/debit card information, stuck on "Please Wait" forever.   I've checked with my bank.  They see the authorization inquiry and confirm that the transaction is authorized, but the Zoom app never completes it.   I've used multiple browsers and made sure that no blockers or add-ons that could interfere are active.   None of the online help options are meaningfully related, the chatbot is totally useless and Zoom apparently won't provide other help options except to paid accounts.  And I can't have a paid account if Zoom won't take my money.   Any guidance or suggestions will be appreciated.   Thanks. &nbs

I have just installed Ubuntu 22.04 on my PC, I previously used Ubuntu 20.04. Since the OS upgrade, and reinstallation of the Zoom client, I can no longer use Virtual Background. If I go to Settings and select Virtual Background I can see the images available (including some of my own that I added. Then nothing until the "I have a green screen" checkbox. This is actually new behaviour as earlier this morning it showed the colour of the green screen, although it wasn't green and clicking on the colour did nothing, i.e. I was not shown any colours to select. Confusingly, if I select an image, I see that image as my background while in the Virtual Background menu option. However, when I go to the Video option, all I see as my background is my green screen. Returning to the Virtual Background option also only shows the green screen, not the background image I selected. This used to work perfectly and the only difference is the new version of Ubuntu - and possibly a later

Hello. I work for a corporation. Every time it installs a Zoom update, I need to change two things...1. I need to change the display to HD Quality and 2. Dual Monitors needs to be turned on. Today, after installing a new version, i turned on the HD Quality but the "dual monitors" is no longer in the same place (Settings, General). Was it moved? When I do a search for "dual monitors" in Settings, it does not show where to turn it on.  I use Zoom daily and need it to work with both my monitors.  Thanks, Ken 

Greetings fellows Zoomies!Not sure if this has been discussed before but the AI Companion Smart recordings are a game changer for staff tasked with creating minutes from meetings as well as students and faculty conducting research interviews on Zoom.  The Smart recording content, however, is not one of the components that can be downloaded from the cloud recording like the video and the transcript.  Is Zoom going to add that functionality?Thanks,Ken

How can the auto-framing feature be turned off on the Android app?  It tracks one's face around the screen to keep it centered. It turns off when I use a background image, but not without one. I would like it off at all times.I have the latest version of Zoom (6.5.12.33008) running on the latest software of the OnePlus Pad tablet (Android 15). 

I had a few possible audios recorded and they seemed to be ok. And then I tried the default. Nope. I'll use one of my own.So I deleted the existing audios I'd done -- nothing at all showing on that screen. And then I recorded a new one. It plays back just fine there on the Settings page. And it's the ONLY recording showing on that page that shows the audios you've recorded.But when I call the phone number, the OLD and deleted audio keeps playing. And worse, immediately after the deleted one plays, the default (and very loud) "We are sorry ..." message plays, too.How on earth can I fix this? Thanks for any help. 

We were running Zoom Video meetings and a few of our participants would use the Zoom Dial in number to access via phone because they did not have access to video.  When they would dial in they would be asked for 1) Zoom Meeting ID# 2) Participant ID 3) the meeting passcode.  This feature worked seamlessly for our phone participants for over a year. Recently this all came to an end. Now when they dial in they enter the meeting ID (Which has not changed) and receive this message..."This Meeting Does Not Allow Phone Dial In" and then the line disconnects. Nothing has changed on the admin side. All settings have been the same for over a year. Any suggestions on what may have changed to cause this?

Hi, I have a problem with a share screen during a meeting. I use three monitors for my desktop PC, and when I want to share screen and try to choose screen 2 or 3, it does not appear. Also, I try to go to the advance for screen portion. It is not there. There are no options for that. Previously, I used to have them; I am trying to understand why these options are now missing under the share screen.  I tried to search under Zoom Help and couldn't find information to resolve this problem. I uninstalled, restarted my computer, and closed and opened zoom, but nothing changed.  I resort to this now with the community for Help!  Appreciate it if someone familiar with this problem could provide some guidance! I have several charges on my purchasing card that I have been trying to have removed and Zoom will not remove them. I work for an enormous college hospital system with a corporate Zoom account. I am one of literally thousands of lower-level employees, I do not pay for the hospital systems Zoom account. I have been ill served by their "Tier II" department. Who has claimed that the charges are from an increase in Zoom Room Licenses and monthly cloud services. MY COPRORATE CREDIT CARD WAS NEVER REGISTERED WITH ZOOM! I cannot believe that I am still fighting with them to remove the charges! Has this happened to anyone else?  Hi - Thank you for contacting Zoom Billing. When setting up a meeting, you can enter attendees however whenever I paste a list of emails, it is seen as invalid. I tried to separate them with commas, but it still is not working. I do not want to enter them individually, any ideas?  

Hi, I wanted to ask the community about Translated Captions. Our company works with a global audience and we have an Enterprise account. I can't figure out why the Translated Captions option is not in our portal. The first picture is what we see and the second picture is what we want to see (with the option to enable the feature) . If anyone can assist that would be great. Thanks.
