Solved

I had a reoccuring meeting set up with a specific Meeting ID.  The time frame ended and now I'm looking to set up more reoccuring meetings with the same specific meeting id.  I tried setting up reoccuring meetings, but they seem to issue me a new meeeting id.  How can i use my orginal meeting id?

After no problems or issues for years...my profile photo is suddenly NOT showing up in Zoom meetings. Why?

I mistakenly recorded a Zoom meeting to my local computer, an Apple Mac.  How can I move this recording to the Zoom Cloud with my other Zoom recordings?

Hi, I've spent 30 minutes searching for the answer to this.I enabled breakout rooms, but there was no icon in the menu. I restarted my Mac, restarted the Zoom app but still there is no breakout room icon. One tutorial said the BR icon is in 'More'. I have no More option.Any clues?I did see someone say they reinstalled the app and it fixed the issue. Is that as simple as trashing Zoom and then downloading the app again? Will my paid account automatically reconnect with the app? Is this what I should do?Thanks

My co-host was unable to login and received the message "host cannot join the meeting." They ended up having to sign in through another account. Suggestions?

When your organization is approved for a Zoom Cares discount, does the discount code apply to all accounts associated with the organization or do you need to submit a code request for each individual account?

Hello I've been trying to port numbers away from Zoom with the PIN number provided in the Phone Section. However, my porting destination (ZohoVoice) has been reporting failures due to incorrect PIN.  How can I resolve this issue? Where can I get the correct PIN for porting away from ZOOM? thanks!

Hi, I didn't wanted to renew and Zoom team have processed my payment without my consent at all! I have been more than half an hour trying to find a contact email and seems IMPOSSIBLE. Please help here. Where do I have to write to get the money back?  Thank you

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the meeting link? We have a problem with "Zoom Bombing." Pranksters joining our meetings and performing lewd acts. To solve the problem we are instigating pre-registration, but having a new link would help.

Hi my calls are not connecting and the server says we can’t connect your call at the moment

My profilephoto is installed, shown in zoomsession via website, but not via zoomsession app How to get it active again (yes, it was there for months)? Thnx

A friend has a new Windows 11 laptop, with latest Zoom Workplace installed (don’t know how to find his version).  He has “Original Sound For Musicians” on, with High Fidelity checked, echo cancellation not checked.  His voice comes through fine, but instrument notes are not.  It is clear echo cancellation is on.  We tried turning on echo cancellation, then turning it off (which works on my computers when echo cancellation appears stuck on), but no amount of switching microphone modes, turning various combinations of original sound for musician options on/off, is working on his computer.Any ideas what he can try?

I went to the Usage Reports and tried to run a report on 2 meetings I ran last week (October 18/20) and it couldn't find those meetings in the previous meeting list. This has been requested by my client. My meeting ID is/was: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/88100035790. This was a meeting that was set up, along with a whole series last year in November. I really need this list to confirm who attended on each day. Please advise. Thanks in advance.

I haven't used Zoom in months, but I just discovered today that I'm still being charged automatically. I'd like a full refund for the approximately 2-3 months I haven't used it.

I have got a new laptop, which I am using to schedule Zoom meetings for the first time today. The Zoom invitations are defaulting to an email account that is not my default account in Outlook. It is also not an account that I use at all to sign-in to my Zoom account. And I am not able to change the send account in Outlook from the invitation. Any ideas about why this is happening and how I can get round it, please?

Hi.In our zoom meetings, sometimes the cohost will accidentally mute the host and then they don’t have the ability to unmute him, without sending a request, which he may not always see. Is there a way of either. Allowing cohosts to unmute the host or preventing the cohost from muting the host?

I have encountered some serious issues. May i know how can i contact with live agent?

I have a Workplace Pro plan. Yesterday I activated AI Companion during a meeting in order to have a meeting summary. A meeting summary was not generated. It has worked with previous meetings. Please advise.

Hi, I teach a zoom movement class using a lapel mic and Apple music. I share audio coming from my macbook to which I have speakers attached. I used to be able to set the music volume for the meeting as separate from my system and ext. speaker volume and now I can’t. I need the music louder in my space (coming out of my speakers) so I can talk over it and still hear the beat for my movements. Now, my previous settings are not working. The volume that allows the meeting participants to hear me is the same as my speaker volume and I cannot make my speaker volume any louder. Macbook and zoom are up to date. I select Share Advanced, Audio Stereo, then play the playlist, and set the volume at 2 bars which is now too quiet for me to hear with my speaker turned up all the way. If I raise the system volume to 3 bars, the participants can’t hear me over the music. Apple music has an audio setting and that is all the way up. Most of the discussions I have found suggest using original sound, but th

I am trying to remove an old version of Zoom to update to a newer verison, but in doing so, I receive the following error: The file "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\WinGet\defaultState\Zoom.Zoom.6.3.52884\ZoomInstallerFull.msi" is not a valid installation package for the product Zoom Workplace (64-bit). Try to find the installation package 'Zoominstallerfull.msi' in a folder from which you can install Zoom Workplace (64-bit)." I have downloaded the most recent available version of the MSI and placed it into this folder, but this also does not work. I am in need of the msi installer for this particular version to proceed with removal and updating.

I am a basic user, Version: 6.4.3 (52139), Mac Pro. I am trying to turn off the blue screen background, which I presume is a virtual background. I'm not even sure how I got one. Changing virtual background to None does nothing. Trying to follow instructions to change the background have gotten me nowhere. I tried following the instruction "As an admin (logged in), navigate to zoom.us/account/setting, then Meeting -> In Meeting (Advanced)You'll find the following options for your entire org's account, including 'Require user s to always use virtual background'. Disable this and unlock the virtual background setting if this is locked." I am not "authorized" although I am the sole owner of the account.  How can I become the admin of my own account? After signing in, following other the other instructions I found doesn't work because my interface doesn't seem to match the instructions:To enable or disable Virtual background for all users in the account:Sign in to the Zoom web p

There used to be a feature where the meeting Host could lower all participants hands and it disappeared recently. We use it a lot for Voting after the Host has counted all the Votes (Hands) he can lower them for the next round. But it has gone and we can not find it anywhere, where has it gone please

Hi, just joined the community.  I wanted to find out if there is a way to request for the following  feature:   1) Host to be able to click a button an automatically capture a picture of all the attendees (perhaps in a grid).  Right now, someone has to manually screen capture each page, and this is tedious.   2) Can the host have  feature to mute only participants, leaving the co-hosts' mute settings unaffected?   Thanks.
